Been tearing through this computer in search of those two-year-old pictures of Muskegon's black barrels since last Friday, when I took on the city's troubling and sluggish waterfront redevelopment effort.Well, I finally found the photo. Hopefully this scene doesn't become an annual feature at Great Lakes Guy.
